Swimming Carnivals 2024
College Carnival – Thursday, 8th February 2024, at the Noosa Aquatic Centre (NAC). (Week 3, Term 1)
Regional Carnival – Wednesday, 6th March 2024, at the Burpengary Regional Aquatic Leisure Centre. (Week 7, Term 1)
As there is no North District Swimming Carnival in 2024, students will need to nominate themselves to attend the Regional Swimming Carnival in 2024. Please see the flyer below which outlines the nomination process. Nomination packs will be available to collect early Term 1 from the Sports Shack. Online nominations to attend Regionals close on the 12th of February 2024.
PROCESS FOR REGIONAL SELECTION:
The Sunshine Coast School Sport Swimming trials will be a ‘direct-to-region’ event for secondary students aged 12-19 years in Grades 7 to 12. The following table outlines the criteria for selection. Students are required to complete the online nomination process if they wish to attend the regional swimming trials or nominate for selection in non-conducted events.
Students completing an online nomination are to meet the criteria outlined below, then scan the QR code or click on the link to complete the process.

The Regional trial notice, student and parent code of conduct, absentee application for exemption form and the order of events can be found HERE.
Nominations for the Regional Swimming Carnival close on Monday the 12th of February. Late nominations will not be accepted.
