​​St Teresa's Catholic College is proud to participate in the annual Tournament of Minds Competition at the Sunshine Coast Regional Challenge, held each August at the University of the Sunshine Coast. The College is proud to participate in the annual Tournament of Minds Competition at the Sunshine Coast Regional Challenge, held each August at the University of the Sunshine Coast.

Students from Year 7 – 11 are invited to enter teams in the competition in the areas of Language Literature, Maths Engineering, Social Sciences and Applied Technology.  Teachers work with teams of creative, innovative students to create plays and solve challenges that fulfil the strict criteria of Tournament of Minds.​

Students are judged on their teamwork skills and ability to collaboratively and creatively meet the TOM requirements and complete open-ended challenges.

Applications for TOM open in June.
